Aero Parking Pyrzowice — Parking at Katowice Airport (KTW)

Aero Parking Pyrzowice is a privately run, staffed car park at Zubrza 1c in Ożarowice (42-625), right on the main approach road to the terminals of Katowice Airport (KTW). A free shuttle covers the final stretch in about 5 minutes, and Parklot customers rate the lot 4.7/5 across 6 reviews, with the transfer itself scoring a full 5.0.

How the transfer works

The ride between the car park and the airport is included in the booking price, in both directions. Once you have parked, a new minibus takes you straight to the terminal doors; the trip lasts around 5 minutes, as the lot sits roughly a kilometre from the airport. For the return leg, phone the staff on +48 884 088 817 after you have landed and collected your luggage, and the driver will come to pick you up at the terminal.

Security and facilities

The lot itself is new. Experienced staff supervise it around the clock, backed by 24-hour CCTV, and the whole yard stays lit after dark. The grounds are fenced and the parking is insured. In reviews, customers score the staff 4.8/5 and the standard of the site 4.3/5. On the premises you will also find:

• a toilet
• VIP spaces
• bays for vans and minibuses

Two optional extras carry a surcharge: key storage at 15 zł and a protective car cover at 10 zł per day; the cover is worth considering for longer stays.

Driving in

From the A1 motorway or the DK1 road, take the airport exit and follow the “Katowice Airport” signs towards the terminals. Just before the airport grounds, roadside boards point to the private car parks; Aero Parking stands on the right-hand side, a few minutes’ drive before the terminal, behind a clearly visible entrance gate with the name on it. Ease of access gets 4.7/5 from reviewers, and sat navs find the place reliably if you enter “Aero Parking Pyrzowice”.

Prices

According to the Parklot price list, rates start at around 145 zł; the final amount depends on your travel dates and the number of days you park. Use the search box above this text to check the exact quote for your dates. Booking ahead also means a guaranteed space when you arrive.

One habit worth adopting: save +48 884 088 817 in your phone before departure. At arrivals, with luggage in hand, it is the only number you need to get back to your car.
