How travellers rate it

Staff service and shuttle quality both score 4.8/5, the highest of the four sub-ratings. Lot standard sits at 4.5/5, while ease of access comes last at 4.2/5 — no surprise once you know the final stretch of road is gravel. None of the 53 reviews have been blocked, so the average covers every opinion submitted.

What the booking covers

• shuttle to the terminal and a pickup from arrivals when you return
• staff reachable by phone around the clock
• a toilet plus drinks and snacks
• an insured, supervised lot

Van spaces cost extra, so add a surcharge to the listed rate if you drive one.

Security

The site is fenced and watched by cameras that record a clear image in any weather, day or night. Additional lighting switches on after dark and people without a booking are kept off the grounds, so the car stays under supervision for the whole trip.

Shuttle and return pickup

An air-conditioned van or minibus carrying the car park’s logo drives you to the terminal in about 6 minutes. On the way back, collect your luggage first, then call +48 512 004 123; the phone is answered 24 hours a day and the team arranges where the bus meets you at arrivals. A delayed or late-night landing changes nothing about the routine.

Getting there

Coming off the motorway towards the airport, turn left onto a gravel road and follow it to the very end; the car park sits on the left. Rather than trying to spot the turn-off, put the full address (Transportowa 3, 42-460 Pyrzowice) into your sat nav, especially for a night-time departure.

Prices and booking

Rates depend on your dates and length of stay, so check the search box above for the exact price for your trip. Booking through Parklot guarantees you a space on the lot. One last tip: save the phone number before you fly out, because a single call after landing is all it takes to have the bus sent for you.
